Executive Coaching
I work with business executives to enhance their careers by helping them identify and change behaviours that are currently limiting their effectiveness. This executive coaching is for leaders who have been recently promoted and are struggling to achieve their expected goals or executives who are transitioning into new roles. I focus on the Individual’s personal and career goals and where they fit in with the goals of the organisation. The relationship between myself and the executive is the key part of achieving results with executive coaching. A FREE one to one exploratory consultation is always performed to ensure there is a fit between us. An initial plan with goals and milestones is developed by working closely with the executive and the regular coaching sessions ensure that the targets we set are achieved. There will often be transfer of knowledge as well as improved skillset, particularly in areas of planning and people management as well as personal leadership skills and time effectiveness.
