I am passionate about delivering results and building long-term relationships with my clients. With extensive experience in senior management roles and multiple coaching awards, I am committed to helping you achieve your business goals.

As a multi-award-winning business coach, I have a track record of success with accolades such as Best Client Results Europe 2012, Best Client Results (Ireland) 2014, and the Global Action Man Award in 2011. My coaching career began with ActionCOACH Business and Executive Coaching, where I honed my skills in transforming businesses and driving performance.

Before embarking on my coaching journey, I gained valuable experience in senior management positions with Kerry Group, working across Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, Canada, and the US. My focus has always been on improving profitability, developing team members, and implementing systems to ensure consistent progress.

I hold the qualification of Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA) and have been enhancing business processes and developing teams for more than 25 years. Originally from Banbridge, Co. Down, I have now lived in Co. Limerick for more than 18 years.

More about Me

Outside of work, I am a huge sports fan, particularly of rugby and soccer, and enjoy playing squash and golf. I also coach kids in Mini Rugby with Bruff RFC, love reading business books and biographies, and enjoy travelling.
